Speaking about the track, Fatmanz Revenge shared the deeply personal story behind it:

“I wrote this song during one of the toughest times in my life, feeling desperate and fighting with myself every day. Music has always been my outlet, and I know not everyone has a way to express what they’re going through. After thinking long and hard about releasing it, I realised that if even one person hears it and feels they’re not alone, then it’s absolutely worth sharing.”
